Hi Guys, I have received a letter in MyCIC account requesting following details:
> Details of Govt Service: Please complete Government Service Details form (enclosed). This must be received at this office by: 2019/11/28

Also, In MyCIC , I can also see the form "Details of Police Service and Government Positions"

So basically two new messages with title as "Request Letter" , one as a letter requesting the form and another is the form itself.

I have two questions:

1 - My father was a Govt teacher . How do I fill this form, it seems specific to Military/police services?

2 - When I go into the view submitted application or upload document link in MyCIC , I see there are two documents listed for upload but both the document name is same i.e Details of Government Service (required) and details says Replacement Needed ..
Can you please suggest why two items listed as I thought only one form need to be filled and uploaded which is "Details of Police Service and Government Positions" form.

I had called CIC earlier regarding this. No form was attached for me, just the request letter. They asked me to fill the eIMM5669 form only. But I also attached a word document (very similar to the police and military details) just didnt add the supervised persons column/ supervisor name column. Also attached a copy of resume with the job details again as requested.
I have not heard anything back yet, submitted last tuesday.
Sont worry about the mycic word- replacement needed, I think that is generic for everyone. I submitted documents by email though.

No, Under Messages about your application in MyCIC, I see two new messages with same title as Request Letter and when I click on them it opens up a PDF, one as letter requesting > Details of Govt Service: Please complete Government Service Details form (enclosed). This must be received at this office by: 2019/11/28

and another is the form with heading as "Details of Police Service and Government Positions"

Did they ask you to fill the IMM 5546 form?

I quickly looked at the IMM5546 form and the form they sent me to fill up has same columns as the IMM5546 but without headings like given name etc...just the table

Would you mind sharing a picture of the form you received? I am going to give them a call tomorrow and confirm if they have received the forms I sent and if I sent the correct thing.

Thank you, I made up a very similar word document, omitting the columns specific for police/ military service. Oh and I also attached my mother’s Id card for government teacher from 2017. She is retired now

When I login to my cic account today it shows for once Status to “application profile updated"

Once I logout from cic and checked again. Now it just shows only “Submitted”

Any thoughts?

If you have already submitted all the documents for PA, then tomorrow your ecas will most likely show a DM for PA

When was your initial PGP application received by IRCC. Was it in early May or later ?
