Bio request - i received biometric request on Oct 17 but only for my Mother , not for my Father.

When I check MY CIC, it says status submitted as of Oct 1st - what does submitted means ?

My application was received by them on June 5th.

When can i expect In process or DM ?

i think it was mistake in tracker. from NDVO last IME issue Aug 12 & for user @S_007 Sep 20 without PCC.

Because they are doing security check. See the time it takes after someone clear medical to DM or PPR in the tracker
