How is the waiting for the call center? Been processed the work permit, visitor visa, PR file, Super Visa, Citizenship but never ever talked with the call center agent in last 12+ yrs.

You no need to , it is just waste of time they can not do anything and just gave standard answers. While on other side call log will be recorded on file , too much calls is also a redflag to scrutinize more , they are going to process any way but with more checks

Honestly it was 13 minutes wait time only at 9am. Also they have a call back option now which is really cool

All who have already sent additional documents, after how many days, did your myCIC "Review Additional Documents" section changed ?
Right now, it says "We do not need additional documents"

I am assuming, once they start reviewing, the line will change. Is that correct ?

I sent additional docs on Oct 1 through email but nothing change on MyCIC yet. I called CIC yesterday and have been told that the additional docs are still not shown on my application yet. Weird..... Well, will check again next week.

OK, then how are we supposed to know if they have received the documents or not ?. Do we upload using myCIC as well or email is enough
The instructions in email was to send it either through email or MAIL. There was no mention of uploading using webform etc.

The reason , they did not requested or review your file on individual basis , The email you got is generic one , they send to almost all approved SA who will going to be process in Mississauga to complete the paperwork . It will only change when they open and review your file
