My question is I know i need proper financial support to sponsor parent's but is there any other way to get my parents in Canada, like 10 years multiple visa

What about a Super Visa? You need to prove financial support too, but the requirements may be a little different.

Does anyone know after how many days does PCC submission reflect in MyCic. I submitted PCC via mentioned email on October 1st, but nothing updated in MyCic, nor any acknowledgement in email reply.

I just got the Biometric letter this morning. My in-laws are currently in canada. However, I saw below sentences in the letter.

"Note: If you received this letter you must give your biometrics before coming to Canada and are not
eligible to have your fingerprints and photograph taken at a Canadian port of entry. If you are already
in Canada, you will have to leave the country to provide your biometrics. "

Does this mean my in-laws must leave Canada to just get biometric info? Can we do the biometric collection at port of entry?

Unfortunately, they need to leave Canada to provide Biometrics, depending on where you are, get an appointment in the closest USCIS office and go there. Get the appointment as soon as you can as they only give it for 2 weeks

After changing of ECAS status from IP to DM, how much time does it take for CIC to send corresponding email that you are eligible and your file will be transferred to LVO XXX
