Well I thought it's not really necessary. I just wanted to keep everything as simple as possible. I even sent my NOA instead of giving them access to CRA to save time.
It is not necessary but later in the process you wouldn't be able to ask the status of their file, i would recommend you doing it once you receive SA
 
PCC has to be submit in original or scan copy will be fine?
Delhi/India PCCs are issued in digital form and can be downloaded on a computer. I intend to send it.

Sorry, do you mean that you are afraid that if your parents bring photographs of themselves to see the doctor that the office will take those photographs away from them?

At the time of submission of my parents sponsorship application under PGP 2019, my parents were in Canada on tourist visa. however, since then they have gone back to India. I received AOR yesterday. Should I be informing IRCC about it? Is it required or not? Would it make any difference. Processing centre is Mississauga.

Most of the doctors have emedical service now and take photographs there. May be you should call and check with them.
