I dont see any LVO request BIO. Only CPC M request BIO as soon as Decision made on sponsorship application.

You will not receive BIO.

If you got BIO from LVO you have to do i USA or Mexico because its not possible to do in Canada. ( dont worry you will not get BIO)

Still its fine, i don't know why in your case its transfer. Are you representative of your Mom file?

You can do in CGI Toronto and get the PCC in the same day. I went today morning at CGI and got the PCC in one hour.
