Thank you for your reply.

I think I will do the same.
Did you attach like a cover letter explaining about the Medical Report still being valid?

How long after you sent it via webform did it show the update on your CIC account?
Yes I attached a cover letter stating the same and it took almost 3 weeks for the update.

what is your In process date as per Ecas ?
What is your DM date? Today?

Question: Does PCC request come after Medical & Biometrics?
Ans: its depends on LVO where your parents PR file transfer for processing. CPC -M request IME first / NDVO requeste PCC first as per tracker.
Hi:
Dumb question: Where can I find "In-process date on ECAS? All I see is:
"We received your application for permanent residence on May 16, 2019".

DM date: It just says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made" on myCIC under Final decision.

PCC: Thank you. Do they tell you on ECAS or myCIC which visa office it's been sent to?
EDIT:Scratch that, just realised NDVO = New Delhi :-)

Did you receive SA letter?
If not how you came to know LVO?

click Sponsorship application statue under Ecas , you can see In process date ( 2nd line)

on your Sponsorship Approval letter it will mention where your PR file transfer. link:
You will get SA email 3 to 5 days after DM.

Hi,

My PGP application was received by Ottawa on June 3, 2019 and I haven't heard anything from CIC yet. My parents want to come to Canada to visit me in a few months. I'm wondering if they can do the biometric/health check etc. here in Canada if the requests happen to arrive while they are here. Your reply will be appreciated. Thank you.
If I were you save yourself from headache and I hope you didn’t make any flight arrangement yet. There’s a big possibility that they will request biometrics and your parents can’t do it here in Canada. Just have patience and wait for few more weeks.

Hi,

@robertp , @YULIA-2016

Please update line 55. IME done on August 16th. CIC updated today with IME passed on Sept 10th.

Thanks !
Hi, It took a while for you to get medical passed? Did your parents had any medical condition? Did they ask any extra test?

BTW, I am still waiting though since August 15 and my dad had a heart condition.

thanks...

Ohk!
Got some hope last week, when pgp_coast got the DM as s/he was also stuck but its still not moving for the rest of us.
Mine is also stuck in process since July 26!
I called them twice and they say it's a two year process and nothing is wrong and just wait... I think the officer who took our application is on vacation or something coz there is 100% nothing wrong with my application
