No. She did not receive a request to do biometric and she is the principal applicant.
I guess because my mom was here since 2015 and only went home for 1 month. While dad went home last year April 2018 and stayed in the Philippines for a year.

Hello, do you check ecas status with Receipt number? My application says not found and they requested IMM5669 with hand written signature on July 17th and they received them on July 25th. Any one else is in same boat?

How do we know which visa office is processing the application

From my understanding, It comes on the Sponsor Approval letter which is usually sent about a week or two after Decision Made is displayed in your ECAS

Yes.. can’t track my application either. AoR was Jul 22, same request as you. Forms were submitted on July 24. Still waiting for any update

Child benefits don’t count in income ! Maternity EI does count
