Lord knows...irrespective, Passport Seva is the way to go.

Did your parents have AADHAR ?
I am surprised that they had to give finger prints. The online PCC form does ask for AADHAR number so I was hoping they won't ask for any other information.

I said NO for that question last time and this time as well, I will let you know how it goes by tomorrow.

Thanks

@snganu @zeiesfirdaus Good Morning Both, My parents received PCC on same day (in less than one hr), there is no change of process for PCC issuance in "Hyderabad" at least from last 4 years as per my knowledge.

Although, if there is change/update in residential address compared to the address in passport, PCC may get delayed.

Thanks.

Brilliant and amazing! Stricter in Delhi it seems...weird.
So are you also proactively sending PCC through webform?

Hi members,
I am asking this on behalf of my friend. He got a request to submit his father's death certificate.
In the letter they have given him the fax number to send the certificate.

What is the best way to submit it? also, do you have to send a notarized copy?

Any help from any members would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, I am expecting that, but the message is still weird "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam." Anyhoo... will wait for the medical request letter.
Yes, but this is the message we all saw, before it got converted to request for medicals so you will get a request either today or tomorrow. good luck !

Sure, your call. In my case, I feel submitting PCC through webform got the application moving. But it could be purely coincidence.

I would send it the way IRCC has requested. IRCC requested me to send via web form. And you don't have to send notarized copy. I sent through web form and not notarized.

Well, I was worried about the PGP2019 application so finally called CIC (Aug 26@4:00 pm) and they were able to locate the file but would not give any information. They said the file is at the office and but they haven't acknowledged yet. Checked ECAS in the morning of Aug27 around 7:00 am and now ECAS shows application received. I was able to link the application to the account. however, I still haven't received an AOR letter or any other acknowledgment

The file received at CIC- May23/2019
ECAS status changed to application received - Aug 27/2019

Goodluck everyone!!
