No. There is another user who was stuck with this msg and when called IRCC they said it's a system glitch.
Any valid communication should come to you (the e-mail address) via email.
I put examples of SA letter & PPR letter in my signature. I know some people were asking for the SA and soon we will see more request to see how PPR looks like. Thanks all who uploaded those.

I mailed my application 13th of June and i know it was there on 17th of June. I saw it was signed by the reciever using the tracking number. But no other news! No letter of acknowledgment or any thing else. Is it ok? Should i wait ? Should i contact them?I have no file number or any thing.... could you please explain to me what is the procedure after we send the application?

My application was received in Ottawa on May 26. But the update says, application was received on May 23.

I finally got my AOR and link mycic today on August 16.
Please add my information on the tracker
Application sent: May 2
Additional document: July 3
AOR: August 16 and could check ecas and link mycic today
no medical and bio request from mycic. not sure if they will need it in the future.
parents are living in Canada, they are from China.
