I received email for eligibility as a sponsor. My parents application will be in process at CPC-Missisauga. But, my Parents are in INDIA.

Why they are processing at CPC- Mississuaga. I think, should be process at home country visa office. Is it normal? I am representing my parents. Could that be a reason to process at CPC- Mississuaga. Please advise on it. Or should I contact IRCC.

Please seniors advise on it.

Okay so I received another email saying Your application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019.
First I received email on Aug 9 that file is received and today I received this.
So, if you also first just receive email saying your file is received then you can expect another email maybe within week or two
