I'm May 9 applicant. Received AOR on July 11. I see "In process" status for both applications but I have not received SA or medical request yet. I see that May 10 applicants are receiving SA already. I've seen other May 9 applicants on the spreadsheet with no progress but I thought maybe they don't update their status here.
Is there anyone else from May 9 who have not received SA yet?
Thank you
I am a May 6 application with Application Received status. There are multiple applicants with situation like mine. Yours is better than ours, so relax.

Please update line 205 - AoR received on Aug 09, 2019

Below is the information i provided earlier:

o Invitations Receive Date: Apr. 24, 2019
o Application received in Ottawa Date: May 15, 2019
o Ecas Status for Sponsorship appl. and PR appl.: Updated on July 31 'Application Received'

And I was also able to link the application in My CIC on July 31, I used the following information to link:

  • passport information
  • under family size: didn't include our kid, didn't include the previously sponsored (my parents)

I tried to update my parents’ residential address using the webform as they moved to a new place. I provided application# UCI and all other info.
I haven’t got any email acknowledging they received the change request, and still in ecas it shows the old address.
Its been 2 weeks, should i wait more or send another request? Do they usually send an email/automated email that they got the request?
I am the representative, and i provided my address as their mailing adress, so i think they won’t be sending any mail to their residential address?

I got bio request for my parents. Could anyone tell me the how to get appointment for bio fingerprints in INDIA (Punjab).

Thanks in advance.

You can complete PCC and IME in canada but not BIO, did your parents gave BIO when they got visitor ?
There is no place in canada to give bio metrics as of now, nearest will be USA/Mexico
Yes, I am aware of these. They got their visitor visas before biometric came in play. They have US visas, so will go there.

Some times it takes more than 2 weeks to update the address, if you have provided email address then all the correspondence will be sent via email, if you have managed to link the application in MyCIC, all the communications will be sent there.

But still I will suggest you to call IRCC call center!

Yes I have provided email, and mailing address of Canada. Also application is linked to my cici.
Will wait another week or so, and then i’ll call IRCC.
Thanks again

What you are trying to get from this answer.
I think he is trying to decipher the indecipherable, which is: is there a trend for faster processing ?
To answer that question, there isn't, every file is different. I've had friends who have sent the files the same day as their roommates and one gets PR in 3 months the other is over 15 months and nothing, it's all the same with all IRCC processes, no trend, no reason, pure randomness....

I suggest @robreeves to relax, enjoy the weather and just let the process run its course, it's a long process (20 to 24 months), just because one person out of 250 in the tracker (which is already a very small sample given that there are 27.000 files to be processed) has already received PPR does not mean everyone will be as fast...

my wife did her landing last month (July 5th) and we updated the address the following day, it was updated in the system like 4 days ago, so don't get desperate, when you send something through webform even if you don't get the automatic reply, they are for sure working on it

Yeah even i don’t want to send another request, moreover its just residential address not the mailing.
I’ll wait.
Thank you :)
