As mentioned by vivek_vig, use your information to check ECAS status and after entering the info if ECAS shows try again that means your file is not entered in ECAS system by IRCC VO yet. And you can find Application no. On payment receipt when you paid your mom's application fees online.
My payment receipt only has Receipt Number and Reference Number.

ECAS asks for UCI or Application Number, none of which I have. Somebody mentioned that they are still processing applications received by May 18th. Mine was sent by Canada Post in May 25th so maybe I just have to wait.
Yes. Try after few days.

@arshgeet

My parents sponsorship file was transferred to New Delhi as well.

Just like you my parents are in Canada as well on a super-visa. All the mailing and residential address on forms are Canadian. Still the file got transferred to New Delhi.

I have no idea why :(

What is your understanding about this?
It does not make any difference whether it is processing in Mississauga or India. Only concern is - it should process fast. The details will always shared to home country visa office for background check.

My mom also renovated her US visa while in Canada. Easy process , easier than back home I would say.. when I was entering the embassy and showing documentation I ask to stay with her as a translator, they actually offered one. But I said my mom feels more comfortable with me and I also said she depends on me financially and I had to show my documentation. So they were good and I could go in.. This was done in Calgary!
Hope this helps.
Hi @gigab 1 quick question.. Did you actually translate all officer’s questions to your mother and then hers to the officer or you answered everything on her behalf? Did you ask the officer what you should be doing? Thank you!

Found this below official response regarding the EI. Putting it here for reference:

EI earnings may be counted towards the PGP total income requirement as long as they are reported to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as income. Income that doesn't appear on your Notices of Assessment (NOA) can't be used for the calculation of the total income. When assessing whether you meet the PGP income requirement, we look at your gross income (line 150), which means we look at all sources of income reported to the CRA.

Note: We can't confirm eligibility over social media. No immigration decision will be made based on our social media answers.
