I tried but didn't work. For Family Member i entered (Me + my spouse(co-signer) + Mom and Dad).
I called CIC agent to get help on this but she said she doesn't see me as representative on file yet so she can't help me much right now. I filled representative form as well.

Yes, if you have ecas but are not able to link to myCIC, that means your file is still in prospect stage.

If your file was received May 28, I do not think you will be able to link yet. Please wait 2-3 weeks.

You can not link unless you have permanent file number which will take another 3-4 weeks as IRCC is still working on May 15th applications

If she doesn't see you as a representative, then your file is not entered yet. It happened with me too: was able to see Ecas after 2 days, but only after 57 days was able to link.

Does anyone know any estimate time that it will be available in myCIC?

I will say 1-2 weeks. Its interesting that your file starts with XSxxxxx, for others its mostly XF0000xxxxx

Hi, mine was also received on May 9th(by mistake its showing May 8th no spreadsheet),called CIC they confirmed application is received and not to worry. AOR will be sent.
I cant pull up anything at all in ECAS
