-Today, IRCC agent gave temp file starting XF.
-He said he doesn't see rep info in notes, might be added later when processing starts, although I sent rep form.
-Should I send rep form via webform even though I sent it originally? Thoughts??
web form is fine

Hey guys..
Just an update on my application. 70 days since submission, no response. Called CIC, the agent said the file is still at the prospect stage. Ill call again in August haha. Patience is INDEED a virtue.

We are on the same boat.

not really ;)

Agreed, no relation whatsoever. I only gave consent for SIN. I don't think my vo would just trust the option c or NOA I provided without checking with CRA giving the fact I gave the consent. I just don't think they are that sloppy on pretty much the only requirement for sponsorship eligibility, especially people got rejected for a couple hundreds short in income, aside from status in Canada of course.

Since age of 18 for PCC ( do not required PCC from Canada)

Travel history last 10 years
Hmm. My dad was in Kuwait and Iraq from 1978 to 1984. How can he get PCCs from these two countries? Any suggestions.

Dang! Similar situation.

1974-1978 Iran
1980-1984 Libya (mom and me as well)

There is now way he is going to get PCC from these countries and there is no way to hide this as my brother was born in Libya which shows.

EDIT/UPDATE (SOLUTION FOR LIBYA/IRAQ) FOUND: NOT REQUIRED
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...cal-police/police-certificates/how/libya.html

If you are asked for a police certificate from Libya, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Libya because certificates are not available to former residents.”

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ical-police/police-certificates/how/iraq.html

AND
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ervices/application/medical-police/where.html

If you can’t get a police certificate from your country or territory
If you’re unable to get a police certificate from a country, you’re responsible to show why you can’t get one.
To prove that you can’t get a police certificate, you must:
  • show proof that you requested a police certificate from the correct authorities and
  • write a letter explaining all the efforts you have taken to get one
Even if you send us the above items, this is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes IRCC to confirm reception of the application package? Although I used track-able mailing service, the delivery date is not updated on Canada Post website. They reckon because the receiver is a high volume center, the package might have not been scanned, but most probably received. I am panicking now! Anyone in the same boat?

They do not send any confirmation or AOR, at least in my case, if you can see in eCAS mean they received it and complete, currently takes 8 weeks to see in eCAS
