I have tried both mine (sponsor) and my father (principal applicant) details. whose details am i supposed to search with since they dont have uci id.

Locked-date is when they received your complete application. IF you surely submitted complete application on June 17,2019. They will lock her/his age on June 17,2019

Well that is what I hope for. I got all the documents as far my knowledge. I called CIC today and they cant find any file reference number based on my receipt so he is like it is probably not yet opened so what does this signify? his age gets locked regardless if they open or not as long as the package is complete right?

Typing name is not mandatory (as it says it is only a electronic sign, which is applicable when and if someone have to submit this form electronically). You MUST sign it by hand on the contrary.

But will not hurt to type and then sign.

I don’t need to tag her now and update my ecas. I know what I am doing. I will tag her if there is major update in my ECAS.

The locked-date will be considered on June 17,2019 ONLY if they opened it later and found completeness eventually 3-5 months later. Does not matter when they open it. That why the received application on AORs always before they sent indicated AORs to you

Need expert advise on PGP Updated forms ( 06-2019)

I have below signed forms from Principal Applicant.
IMM 0008 (02-2019)
IMM 1344 (11-2018)
IMM 5406 (09-2018)

And CIC has update all most of all forms as of June 2019 and now I'm running behind time for getting my parents signatures on new forms and submit it before deadline June 28th.

Please advise is it ok to submit old dated forms or has to be updated forms ?

I have an actual AOR letter, said in my original post. Both Sponsor and Applicant ecas has been in processed starting June 10. On the same day, Agent EP requested a divorce certificate, original copy received by agent yesterday on Jun 24.

Please also update that received docs request today Jun 25 for applicant's Police Certificate and Proof of Relationship. Also CPC-M requested sponsor's Birth Certificate, which originally provided, perhaps missed by the VO, will provide again anyway. Letter listed an email address for submitting requested docs, no original copies needed as per Call Centre agents.

May I ask why they asked divorce certificate and at what stage? If you're remarried and provided marriage certificate, do they still require ex-marriage divorce docs?

there was a june-2019 imm 5406. It seems like the changed it again last week to 09-2018

They just asked me to submit this form and I sent the June 2019 version not Sept 2018. I am so confused and tired now.

Please provide a current, completed and signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependents aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must sign their own copy of this form by hand.

Sections A, B and C must be fully completed for this form to be considered complete (Name, Marital Status, Relationship to applicant, Date of birth, Country of birth, and Address). The street number, street name, city, postal/zip code and country are mandatory for Canada and USA addresses. All other countries must provide the City, Province/State/Parish and Country. If you are unable to provide any of the information listed above for any individual listed in section A, B and C, you must provide an explanation.

If you were told to submit the june 2019 form, then you can. I think there is a 30 day grace period for using outdated forms

As per the checklist and guide, if you were previously married, it is a requirement to issue a divorce certificate.
