for the schedule A form - as my mother does not have a family name in her passport, i wasnt able to validate it.

I asked the same question to IRCC and they said that we can leave the field blank and provide the page without validating it and explaining the situation in the explanation letter.

attached is the screenshot of the tweet that they had sent

I placed them after each concerning form, for example to explain the family unit difference, I placed it after the letter of invitation
If you have these many things to explain, just do one and explain each point

what was your explanation on the family size difference? im asking because i will need to explain it as well

@diegosolano hello what you wrote for family unit discrepancy. I wrote that i thought that unit and size meant same thing and therefore wrote total number of people in family unit. This can be proved from last supervisa application where we have mentioned our correct number in unit and size....what do you say .is this fine

Thanks

Hello All,

I sent my application to my parents in India by email. My Dad printed them out and sent back to me with signatures. I received documents back and just noticed that papers on which they printed are slightly bigger than what we usually use here in Staples printers. I asked my Dad and he confirmed that he printed on A4 papers. Does paper size in this case really matter? I am just worried about this.

thank you all in advance!!!

Nope. We mostly use A4 in India, we use a letter size paper in Canada. Doesnt matter as long as the information is correct and verified. Good Luck

Hi Guys, I need your help with income requirements. I had an accident in 2016 and that is why for half year I was on income replacement benefit. I know that income replacement benefit is not taxable and that is why not showing in my CRA assessment. Now I am $2000.00 short in my income for 2016, and have double the income requirements for 2017 and 2018. What should I Do? please help and give me some advise as to should I write a letter of explanation. Do they even take that into consideration or I am not sure what to do :(

Can somebody also tell me how long would it take for an application to get refused based on income requirements?

Issue with birth certificate - born in 1981 in India. No birth certificates were issued then. Neither my grade 10 or Grade 12 mark sheet have my date of birth or my parents name, however My marriage certificate does indicate son of so and so ( no Date of birth though). I called CIC and the agent said to submit what you have and explain the situation. i have seen in other thread that certificate of birth from Indian consulate in not applicable (i have used that successfully for my PR and eventually sponsoring my wife's PR - not sure/can't remember if it was required) .So my plan is to submit the
- mark sheet
- marriage certificate indicating relationship
- certificate of birth
- letter explaining the situation
Should i submit anything else? other have mentioned an affidavit ( what do i write on it and does it have been notarized only or lawyer can help me with creating one.
i did look in other threads and was not able to find anything conclusive. Any help/advise would be much appreciated.
