If you were a Canadian, for married abroad and then sponsored your wife under family sponsorship - then you would be counting your wife under #3. In other cases, like - (a) you and your wife to Canada together (i.e.: married already before becoming 1st Gen Canadian); or (b) met and married in Canada; then you don't have a sponsorship undertaking for your wife, thus won't count in #3.But what if you already have her application in progress and you mentioned 1 in 3b(ii) ?
