For my parent's educational history, If they don't have certificates to proof their educational background should I still mention it? Here are some issues with being able to their educational history
- My parent don't have certificates from their high school, university , lost due to migration and due to carelessness when moving houses.
- My dad didn't get his degree after giving his exams right after due to civil war which was 6 yrs later from the time he finished his exams.
- My mom learned trade skills but never got a degree , e.g hair cutting and now she runs her own restaurant.

IRCC don't need any proof of their education such as copy of degrees. Just provide the history of education if they have any formal education. If there is any complication in the history then add an explanation letter with your application.

I asked earlier also. Please help.

Hi
I received invitation to sponsor. Just need help regarding filling some forms if anyone preparing the file perself.
I am not sure about schedule A background declaration form . I am sponsoring my parents both mother and father so I filled this for them . Do I have to fill it for my brother and sister too ? They are above 18 years of age and both in canada . They are not in dependent category but the form says fill the form for dependent children aged 18 years or older

PR Card does not need to be notarized. You can get your birth certificate notarized from Canada or Pakistan. You may need to get translated if it is not in English. If you have original birth certificate with you in Canada then better to get it done in Canada
The thing is the birth certificate has Urdu and English , same information. Do I need to still translate it ? Just making sure. I am not sure how strict CIC is about this.

Can anybody tell which adobe version will work for Mac Pro?? I couldn’t able to download the barcodes from adobe acrobat on Mac..plz help

Your sister is 25 .. and she is not dependent.. and you didn't add her in this application.
Read the question carefully :- It says any of your family member listed in PR application
If your sister is not in this application , then you dont have to mention anything about her

Country name?
how long did it take to get form back to Canada?
what courier service did you take?
It took four days by DHL for my parents docs from Delhi to Toronto.

My brother and sister they are both married and more than 22 years old and they are already in canada. I understand they are not dependents but I was just confused with the form it says fill out background declaration for 18 years or older
. T
You have to fill background declaration to whom you are sponsoring

Hello,
Both of my sisters are above 22 and they are both married. Do I need to complete the additional dependent (IMM 0008) form ?
I am also the sole sponsor, do I have to complete the IMM 5748 form? I have already completed the IMM 5768 form.

Thanking you in advance.
absolutely not IMM 0008

Do i need to get a certified copy from the Notary for PR card aswel ? Also my birthcertificate is from Pakistan should I get it notarized from Pakistan or I can do that in Canada ?
No need to send notarized copies of documents in English. Just the readable copies of documents are enough

Yes. And write the reason of refusal in the appropriate section in the form
