I sent my application to CIC via Canada Post and it has been showing “Out for delivery” since yesterday morning. I had taken signature option. I asked Canada Post if it has been delivered or not and they cant tell. They just said that they deliver thousands of mails to this mailbox and its impossible to scan every package (so much for tracking and signature add on). It should have been delivered but they cant guarantee. Anyone else had similar experience?

Same here. That's what I have got from Canada Post:

I do see that this item was delivered on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at 9:29:20 am. I see the parcel was for a Large Volume Receiver out for delivery, which means it was delivered to the building or the post office. When a large volume of mail is received by a company/institution, it is grouped into a mail bag or container. The mail is then either delivered by Canada Post to the company’s/institution’s mailroom, or picked up by the company/institution itself directly from a Canada Post facility. It may take a few days for the item to make its way from the mailroom to the addressee and to be opened/recorded as received. Once we pass the item over to their mail room, we are not able to scan as delivered.

My docs just got delivered to PO Box address in Ottawa. Sent from Toronto by Canada Post yesterday. Receiving signed by SCI SCHLIEBNER. Does it sound familiar to those who have already sent their docs?
Mine was signed by SCI Schuiteboer. I wonder what's SCI in all received mails?

Ask social media team on Twitter.
Please seniors advise.
My personal feeling is that they will ask to resubmit the form. Further addition: the guide 5772 says: if you do not sign and date this form it will not be accepted and it will be returned to you. But better ask social media team on Twitter.
Good news . Read this some one found solution
https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/submitting-imm5669-to-replace-one-with-missing-signatue.619122/
Thank you buddy for finding this out for me.
I Appreciate it.

There is no marriage cert for them however i prepared a marriage affidavit with the correct names. I am wondering if CIC will object that the name on my dad's ppt is misspelled. Please suggest.
You can write a letter explaining about your situation.
I guess as long as your mother and father bio passport pages have the correct names as marriage affidavit form, you are good.
