When signing the forms - Do we first write the name & then sign beside it OR just sign it? Also, the date has to be handwritten or can be typed?

either way works. Just don't forget a HANDWRITTEN SIGN.
date can be typed or handwritten, it doesn't matter.

Ok thank you! I think I might be just overthinking it. When my FiL did his upfront medical for Supervisa, they found a dot and he had to do sputum test but all came back negative. He was then, scheduled to do another Xray after 2 months but the dot still showed up but it's gotten better. I don't know yet if he'll be approved on his Supervisa, hopefully yes.

Thank you for your responses @Garry2008 @zardoz

I don’t think that should be an issue. (For super visa, it wasn’t) Was a lot of hassle and tension though.
My mom had the same issue, they did sputum culture and put her on surveillence.
So when she came here she had to go to a TB centre, did x-raya again, sputum again.
All came negative.
I believe they will do it again all that when she goes for her medical. However, I also got rhe reprt from TB specialist from here and gave it to mom to take that with her when she goes for her medicals.

Lets pray everyone’s parents get their medicals passed without any delays.

Hi Folks, just checking in do the forms family information need to be filled in both the langiages English and in native language.
If yes that means two copies of this form for each person on application?
If yes, how to enter a different language on the PDF.
Any help appreciated

That's 100% right, all incomes reported to CRA are considered as income.

Look at IMM5748, Question 3. There you will see that EI amounts are deducted from total income to get to Available Income. In my view, EI should be allowed to be shown as income. But IRCC wants to ensure that in last three years, you were capable of earning above threshold without any assistance (EI), this is just raising the bar. One reason for this is that you are giving an undertaking for 20 years. It is pretty long time, so they just want to make it more difficult (stress test if you want to call it).

Yes, I really feel bad for my FiL. He worked as a Seafarer for 41 years and now he just wants to spend some time with his first grand daughter.

I'm with you on that, hopefully everyone gets their medicals passed.

If there is no space, you can add additional form with the same information and write the names in native language
OR
you can make a word file with english name , native name and relationship.

Yes, everyone has to filled a separate sheet of family info

Hi experts,
I have few questions and need help -
I see that IRCC mentioned address to send the application.
Just confirming again this process is not online like Express entry.
1) Do The forms need to be filled ~> printed ~> couriered ?
2) For signatures; my parent can sign the forms and scan send to me which later I can print and add to the application package?

Thanks

1) you can fill the forms, validate and email it to your family members.
2) IRCC on twitter says , that they can accept scan or fax copies but there are chance that they will ask for original docs later on. Most of them are getting courier mail back from their family members.

Thanks for the quick response. Does that also answer my question that there is no online submission of application.?

I want to thank you all who are answering the questions on this forum.
My humble request to all who are asking questions.

Hi Gary,
Is there a way to filter and search in this forum ?

IMM5406: Do we need to write names in Native language? If yes, can we write by hand because I cannot type it in Native language? If I am writing native words by hand, should I completely fill the form by hand ?
Can anyone help me on this?
