On citizenship you have a Citizenship certificate number that starts with an Alphabet. The UCI is all numeric. I had the same dilemma as you but I was able to find my landing record from the day I entered Canada as a PR (going and coming back from US). That document will clearly list your UCI at the top.ohhhhhhh, wait, that number is the UCI? the same one on my citizenship certificate?

UCI and Citizenship certificate number are two separate things.
Is your spouse a co-signor? He need Option C for three years - 16, 17 & 18 in that case. If you qualify for income in 16, then you can write an explanation letter.Hi Guys,
This is very urgent. I got a letter from CIC Mississauga just now to submit my spouse's option c or notice of assessment for 2016. He landed in Canada in 2017, so how can I provide that letter? Please help.
Hmm, I don't have it. On my Citizenship certificate card, at the back, only my name is written and sign of the "minister"Back of your citizenship certificate you have your UCI#
I meet income criteria for 2016 alone.. So I may have to write explanation letter.. Option C is not available for him for 2016 as he landed in 2017Is your spouse a co-signor? If your income alone is not meet LICO for 16, your application will be rejected.
Can you copy and paste the content of the letter? I have a similar case as yours. Co-signer moved to Canada in 2018, but income was sufficient for the sponsor by himself in 2016 and 2017. Thanks!Hi Guys,

For both of you, if you count your spouse (regardless he/she is in Canada), do you still qualify with your own income for those years? Can you copy and paste the content of the letter? Why you put cosigner in your application if your income is sufficient enoughCan you copy and paste the content of the letter? I have a similar case as yours. Co-signer moved to Canada in 2018, but income was sufficient for the sponsor by himself in 2016 and 2017. Thanks!

Did you provide SIN number initially or NOA's with your application?I meet income criteria for 2016 alone.. So I may have to write explanation letter.. Option C is not available for him for 2016 as he landed in 2017
That is ok but now they may ask same Option C from you and you may require to write a explanation letter.Just to be on safe side, if there is a family addition later and would need higher numbers in income.
