I saw on the tracker, that someone got a request to resubmit with the signatures. I really hope the app does not get returned as incomplete.

IRCC will ask you to resubmit IMM 5669 wth sign - they will give you 30 days to submit document.
make it ready so as soon as you get DM - send it.

My application was received on Apr 30, still can't see anything on ECAS. When I called IRCC, only temp FN was provided, but nothing else. So frustrated............

That is really surprising that you still have only a temporary file number. That's why I say the process is completely random and is surely not FIFO

Just mail them with a covering letter you mean, I saw someone was asked for the form so it is dicey - to or not to send the form again..

wonder people who linked application as soon as appl. received in Ecas they dont get AoR as they can see file # , PA and DEP UCI # under myCIC account.

In my father’s ECAS it doesn’t show the file number. When I successfully linked it yesterday it shows a file number without X
