b/c she thought IRCC would not be that strictOmg 1k?!?!? why she doesn't withdraw 1K RRSP?
Good chance for man in waiting...yes, last year someone got rejected because she was short of $1000
Perhaps they dont have any RRSP contributions? Lol!Omg 1k?!?!? why she doesn't withdraw 1K RRSP?
They certainly give that impression during the EOI stage so you cant blame these people.b/c she thought IRCC would not be that strict
Below is the step #1 for the EOI.They certainly give that impression during the EOI stage so you cant blame these people.
That's interesting because form IMM5476 Financial Evaluation asks for the sponsor's employer and gross benefits from that employment which may not be what Line 150 says. I gave the figure from my employment which is just a little less than the Line 150 amount (which includes interest from taxable savings accounts). I still far exceed the MNI though. No they take exact number on line 150 of your tax return. Are you rounding your income when applying? Check if you meet or exceed the LICO
Please don't encourage people to commit fraud. If you had money in your bank account ( Assuming you have) - you could have shown other part time income and pay taxes on it just to meet the LICO requirement.
I personally know one family who have applied just as rehearsal / fun for future ‘First In’ opportunity. They are in Canada for less than 2 years. They got invite and still wondering if there is any trick that can make them eligible. Foolish act. You are correct there will be second round for sure.I stand by my prediction that there will be less than 20,000 eligible applications sent to IRCC for this round in 2019 despite them sending ITAs to close to 27,000.
It's called fraud. In such case, in 2016 you should have already filed your tax with the artificial income.
In theory, there are many ways to make up for the short income. But in tern of ethics, these actions are unethical. I have known people who can buy income here in Vancouver easily. It is all about planning and it will cost you some money for the services.
People decide what they want to do for their family, creating artificial incomes are dishonest and illegal, also there are potential consequences. But again, there are many ways to do that.
You would be committing fraud which is illegal. Why did you apply if you didn't meet the LICO for 2016?is that possible?
like if i have income more than whats needed for Year 2017, 2018 and 2019.
but if i'm short of 10 thousand dollars for year 2016 can i show a part time income and pay taxes to cover that up?
