hi,
my father is not accompanying my mother. i put his name in imm 008.
1.do i have fill other forms too like imm 5669, imm 5406 etc.
2. do i have pay fees for him too if he is not accompanying.

• Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] (PDF, 636.51KB)
• Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 648.31KB)

Does this mean the document checklist needs to be signed?

No it doesn’t. Is there any line for signature on it? I don’t think so. So you don’t need to sign it only complete

I have a question for passport. Do we need to submit the whole passport (i.e every pages) of the principal applicants and dependents? Or we just need to submit the pages that have name and signature?

Just submit all relevant pages... Name, signature, photos, immigration stamp pages.

I doubt it matters if you sign the checklist of not. Seems irrelevant.

Hi Can you please help me to have access to ECAS?? I read all instructions provided by others and despite I have UCI number from my citizenship file in past and my parents have UCI number from their visitor visa in 4 years a go, but still can't go inside!!!

Same for me, Apparently the Ecas get updated randomly and that could be the reason why we are not able to login.

My application was received today May 21st, but let's say in 3-4 weeks i get my application returned because of a mistake
Does they give me a new deadline to correct my mistake or it will still be june 28th ?

as long as they receive the application by june 28 u are fine. if there is anything missing/incorrect just adds to the time it will take for ur app to be finalized
