Shouldnt be. IRCC will contact you if there is any for clarification.I think i made a mistake on UCI number in one form, one form is correct. Will there be any problem?
Anyone not receiving eCas updated in a few weeks may have problems in their applications and pending returned. Asking IRCC on facebook or twiiter is the fastest way to get a response, don't risk losing your chance due to mistakes in application process.Because people who are getting ecas update despite sending their applications late.. are the ones who didnt make any mistake in the interest form... just a thought
I asked the similar question tweeter team and Facebook. They advised that separated is not divorced and you should include. In your case also important when you have divorce certificate, as only from that year you shouldn't include your ex. I called ircc too 4 times, 2 times I got the same that separation is yet legal marriage and spouses should be included for income proposes and 2 times I got the reply that legally separated is equal to divorce and shouldn't be included. So, I am confused too.Hi everyone....I have some questions if anyone can provide me some advise so that I can prepare the application package.
1. Received invitation to apply for my father on april 24
2. My father married someone after my mother passed away in 2003. After that the 2nd marriage wife didn't work out and they are separated since 2009 but never filed for divorce or legal separation. Now my father Is applying for divorce since she will not cooperate with this immigration to Canada nor she wants to come. So my question is what do I include in my application to explain to cic? some say affidavit and some say divorce filing receipt?
3. I am also divorced in Canada officially - so I put 2 persons as family unit since I never applied for my ex spouse - rather I added her initially when I applied for pr in Canada - inland I was the principal applicant. Should I also include my divorce certificate? We have no children.
4. I do meet all the income requirement and I am working for the same company for 10+ years.
Thank you if anyone can point me to the right direction. Good luck to us !
This makes me nervous. My application was delivered on April 30, but no ECAS as of todayUnfortunately it seems that anyone that sent in application and did not have eCAS updated as Application Received are either have the application pending return due to missing key documents, applications are misplaced at intake process or application is not meeting the requirements for processing. According to call center agent, as long as they scan the invitation letter and the bar codes, it should appear in eCAS shortly provided you have given the UCI in the forms. You may consider asking IRCC on facebook or twitter for this situation, perhaps you can prepare to send in another application before the deadline but make sure you know what is missing first because if sending another one and still got returned there is no other chance. In addition, duplications application will both be removed or will cause delay. Post on facebook or twitter of IRCC has proved to be the fastest way to receive a response from them.
These are assumptions and every case is unique ! Nothing to worry about...eventually within 2 -3 months Ecas will be updated.Unfortunately it seems that anyone that sent in application and did not have eCAS updated as Application Received are either have the application pending return due to missing key documents, applications are misplaced at intake process or application is not meeting the requirements for processing. The requirements are that if both of your parents are still legally married and alive, you must include both of them in your application and you must meet the income for both of them. If one of them is disqualified by any reason, the other one would be also rejected.I am only sponsoring my mother as my father is living in the US and doesn't want to relocate to Canada at the moment, so he is not accompanying my mother to Canada. Do I have to pay the application fee for him as he still falls under the family size and also do i have to fill out the additional family members form separately for him
Sound correct to me. Each of you would put total of 6 in your application, respectivelyHi could you please check for my situation too? I posted earlier today and no one helped me confirm yet... MUCH APPRECIATED! here's my situation.. below..
"Hi, my common law partner and I are co-signing each other's parents and we will submit the applications at the same time, our current family size is 2 (she and me). We don't have any previous undertaking, which means our entire family size will be 6 (including my and her parents). in this case, how can we fill in the IMM5768? This is how I fill in the form. please help confirm if it is right? thanks.
IN TOTAL, 6."
- YOU - 1
- current undertaking ( number of persons in box 3 IMM 0008) - 2
- IMM5768 4 2) Number of person included in previous undertakings your spouse or common-law partner signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect (persons who have not yet become permanent residents). - 2
- your spouse or common-law partner, if not included in 3, above. - 1

I do meet the income requirements for both parents. it's just that my father won't be accompanying my mother so she is the principal applicant and my father is the on the application as a non accompanying dependant. I am just confused about the application fee as if I have to pay 1040 for each of them or only for my motherThe requirements are that if both of your parents are still legally married and alive, you must include both of them in your application and you must meet the income for both of them. If one of them is disqualified by any reason, the other one would be also rejected.
The reality is, if you don't feel satisfied with the current requirements, you may submit the application with a letter to explain and ask for special consideration from IRCC. Your application fees may not be refunded fully though
