On Form IMM0008, for the National Identity Document portion, what do I put in the 'Expiry Date' field if the validity of the document is essentially for life?

@s_Fanous I had a similar situation and I decided to re-validate and scan/email forms to my mum again. I personally think having the same number on each page is important.

I need some help regarding the PGP application.

My Birth Certificate, Passport, Xth and XIIth certificate are missing the last name of my parents.
Please guide what should I do in this case.

My parents passport does contain the last name but it is missing on all my documents.

Really appreciate any help.

Why don't you use Document Checklist — Sponsor [IMM 5771]

Yes I did but my parents are already in Canada, so it had conflicting information about Biometric requirement , however to be safe I paid after paying $1040

Sorry you are right. I tested right now. Agree with you to leave blank and write down by pen "life time" the best solution.
Very sorry I got mixed up with dob of parents where it does not validate with out figures

$1125 per person, so in your case $1125 x 2 = $2250

It's 1040 per person.
Biometrics is $85 for ONE PERSON, BUT for a FAMILY it's $170 for the WHOLE family.

So, logically, it's 1,040 + 1,040 + 170 = $2,250
