I used to provide details of each T4 received. That means creating one row for each T4 in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
That way it is clear which employer I have worked and gross income for each year.

Do I need to put the EI and maternity EI amount?

I would suggest you send another webform, as our PPR was same day as yours and we already got everything. PPR was from NDVO for us. Below is my timeline:

Nov 18th - PPR and submitted one webform same day saying parents are in Canada.
Then sent second webform after a week or so again.
On Dec 03 - We got email from Etobicoke office asking to confirm some details.
On Dec 06 - Portal email
Dec 09 - eCOPRs
Jan 04 - PR cards received in mail

Hello, my parents received the same email from Etobicoke on January 6 to confirm details. Just so we understand, after confirming we have to wait for instructions for the portal? and what does "eCOPRs" means? Thank you for your help and congrats.

EI may not count but you can include everything making it quite transparent.

Jan 7, 2022: passed medical exams.
But in reality Medicals where passed March 1st 2021, they only reviewed them again.

If the medical pass is in Jan 2022, that will be in your favor as the validity of PR visa will remain one year from this date.

Second resubmission of medical done early December and medical passed end of December. Finally got decision made status on ecas (but still "submitted" on ircc portal). Pre arrival letter was received in November.

How long does it take from this point on for PPR? This is for the London visa office. Also, how long do they get for landing in Canada after visa issuance?

When did it change to decision made? And which date did you receive the pre-arrival letter.

Congrats @shaks999 , welcome to the club.
London Visa Office is one of the slowest offices. You and me got the medical passed on Dec and pre arrival letter on Nov.
Let's hope by Jan or Feb LVO send us PPR.

MY wife's parents's application was received on 24th May 2019, medical passed June 2020 and pre arrival letter in Oct 2021.

Was received on April 29 2019, Wow that's a long waiting period to receive PPR, did you contact LVO? if yes what did they told you?

No i haven't contacted LVO because my wife application as sponsor was approved pretty late (roughly dec 2019 some social insurance check got it delayed) and it started processing in London UK in Feb 2020. Other guys in this forum whose file opened in London in this time frame (Feb 2020) are also waiting.

My parents file is stuck after second medical passed. Their second medical passed on Aug.31/2021. No any updates after that. Local MP is helpless too. I don’t know what to do now. Tried so many times to call IRCC but not able to talk to anybody. Is there anyones file is stuck as mine??
