Hello, My parents file is stuck after second medical passed. Their second medical passed on Aug.31/2021. No any updates after that. Local MP is helpless too. I don’t know what to do now. Tried so many times to call IRCC but not able to talk to anybody. Is there anyones file is stuck as mine??

Yes 2021.. sorry by mistake 2019 typed.. it’s such a pain.. looks like there is one slot who did their second medical between Aug 20 and Sep20 they all are waiting from them to be heard next step. It’s so annoying.

Don’t worry! They are taking time… mine just updated today. Submitted end of July.. I was like you for few weeks… you will get an update in few weeks for sure.

my parents did their second medical in Canada. Got letter on July 17. We did their medical on July 23. Doctor office confirmed they submitted on Aug.3. I uploaded their medical information sheets from their online account. Currently, it’s still says medical did not receive. I send web form...

I just talked to an agent and he said ignore the message. We received their medical results and they are reviewing so you will get an update after few days.. thanks
