The information that MP office obtains from IRCC is same as what a representative/applicant can get directly from IRCC. My MP's office has been the same; I don't find them helpful at all.Any thoughts on this - would appreciate it.

Did you check your CIC account?Hi all, I have received an email for my mother's sponsorship that a biometrics needs to be completed within 30 days. However, we have not received any email/letter with the instructions. I have sent a webform request but not sure if we will get a response in time. Any suggestions on what we can do ? Can we book an appointment without the letter ?
wait for sometime . my parents did their medical on 30 july 2021 and medical sent by hospital after 1 week but our medical updated on 27 aug 2021.Hello,
I submitted an application for my mother-in-law in June 2019. I received and email to get medicals done. We completed medical within 30 days from the receipt date. The medical results were sent to IRCC however, the status online still shows medical results have not been received. I contacted the clinic and they provided me the conformation number that the results have been sent. Did anyone else experience the similar situation? In addition, I lost track of the spreadsheet can someone please provide details. Thank you.
Congratulations! Did you notice when DM2 happened? Did they ever ask for biometrics?
Congratulations! Did they ask for second medical?
