ok, but what should we select if parents are in canada - the option with "parents outside canada" ?doesn't matter if they are in canada or outside of canada, that's the option to select.
CPC-Mississauga, thanks.congrats! which visa office processed your application? CPC-Mississauga? or Delhi?
I only sponsored my father so applicant was just one. All correspondence letters were addressed to him only. I am not sure how this is handled if there are dependants. Thanks.congratulations! No update yet! I'm hoping for good news after new year!@iGalaxy @Canadian1316ir @MartinXenix @leilay
Did anyone get PA DM or PPR? Looks like Ankara is sending PPRs for applicants who did medical in Jan 2020.
@Roya-FSW and I are the only two applicants stuck in SA DM stage it seems.
yesok, but what should we select if parents are in canada - the option with "parents outside canada" ?
You need to inform them. Your mother is not yet a PR until she lands at the airport. This affects your income. Failure to do so is fraud and could have major consequences.Hi Everyone
We just received the final letter
My Mother application is now decision made
They have asked her to report if there was any change in her status
There was no change in her condition at all
But
We ( Sponsor and spouse) just had our baby girl born last week, do you think we should inform Visa office about that?
Or they only care about the applicant and her accompanying
?
Is my child (sponsor child) needs to be reported ?
Here is what I copied from the letter
STEP 1: Change in Circumstances:
Should any of the following circumstances apply to you or any accompanying family member, you must inform this office immediately:
Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, legal separation, annulment or death of spouse;
Change in family composition, for example due to adoption or birth of a child, including a child born to your accompanying dependent child;
Death of principal applicant, spouse, accompanying children, or death of sponsoring relative;
Change in health;
You or any of your accompanying family members being charged or convicted of a criminal offence;
Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
Thanks
Good luck to everyone
Why would it take months? You can renew it at an embassy very easily.Hey everyone,
My father was asked to provide the photo of a new passport (now it's only nine months to expire). It is a good signal anyway right, seems like the application is moving.
However, in the current situation, the renewal of the passport takes MONTHS. And both of my parents are already in Canada right now. Was anyone in the same boat before? Is taking months to renew the passport the only way?
Thank you very much.
Are your incomes sufficient with the baby? It is very critical. If you are going to report your changes in the number of family members, think ahead about how you will file your tax for the year 2020 as this will have a future impact on your application. Wish you all the best.Hi Everyone
