I understand , but for same visa office , applicants after 14th June has status in progress but not application received , but because there is no communication from NDVO , I am feeling little concernedWhen you submitted your application, date of application received in Ottawa, as per tracking sheet it is 14th June, 2019 and LVO is New Delhi. LVO New Delhi is working with limited staff, it may take longer wait time then usual.
Does your dad have some pre-existing condition?A little worried here. I got a call from IRCC today re: PGP 2019 application and they advised me that my mom needs to get medicals done again as they expired - she was assessed M3 - so all clear basically. However, she did say my dad was assessed M5 and they are waiting on a medical officer to do a final assessment. After the initial tests last October - my dad has gone through 4 more months of several medical reports and tests. When I learnt about M5 assessment, it reads:
"
Inadmissible due to excessive demand on health and social services.
For all M5 codes, the medical officer will add a descriptive code indicating the nature of the excessive demand:
"
- T9 - for excessive demand on social services;
- H9 - for excessive demand on health services;
- E9 - for displacement of Canadians who are on a waiting list.
Does anyone have experience with such a situation? Literally it seems the applicant is inadmissible, but clearly they've asked for several more tests antd assessing those, so don't want to reach a conclusion.
Hello Friend @bluebird0479 ,I got an email last week to do biometric test for my parents. They are in India, and all the biometric test sites are closed due to COVID. No time line on when they are re-opening.
Today I got an email saying that I met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor and my file has been transferred to cpc-Missisauga for processing.
In the letter they are asking for some applications (if its not already submitted) biometrics, police clearance and resume for my parents. Is resume required ?
my ecas and cic account is showing “we are processing your application”. I am confused. I thought the file is suppose to go to NDVO for processing coz my parents live in India. Can someone help me understand this process.
