I got this today from immigration department for my wife who is co signor with me for my mother's file. Since She is already have CRA login services, can she get it download from her account or she has to call CRA to get this Option C .
The special benefits she got was regular employment insurance benefits which is temporary lay off every year due to closure of her institution during summer and Christmas time. Is it any concern for my mother's application for claiming regular ei benefits.
Please help me for this. I really appreciate it.

Regular EI benefits are taken out(subtracted) from the gross income !

Option C can be downloaded from CRA MyAccount. No need to call CRA.

It could be some good news/move for processing the cases of parents, who are not in Canada.
My mom did a medical exam and biometrics in January ,2020, office-Mississauga. No news since then until yesterday.That’s what I got asked: “


After a preliminary review of your application, the following has been deemed required:
Name:
> Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document Our records indicate that
your passport has expired or will expire within the next 12 months. Please apply for and then submit a copy of your new passport which has greater than 12 months of validity remaining.
This must be received at this office by: 2021/02/01
> CV/Resume: A document containing a brief description of your education, qualifications
and experience. Please provide a detailed CV/resume containing your education, employment and professional history from the age of 18. For periods of employment ensure to include the name of the employer, your position title, job duties, and location. There must be NO gaps in information.

> Death Certificate: Death certificate Please provide a death certificate for your late spouse

my questions is:
Do I need to translate the documents, related to CV in English? It’s quite a bit of the lifestyle story, lol
Has anyone done this with CV in English only and submitted related extra documents in original language and it was enough for approval?

You need to prepare CV in English. I don't think you need related documents (to CV) translated to English unless they have asked. Anything that has been asked to be submitted has to be translated to English though. For example: Academic degrees included in the CV do not required to be translated.

Also, the letter says I have 90 days for submission, by Feb. 02, 2021. The medical exam expires on January 08, 2021, which doesn’t make sense.To my understanding 90 days requirement is just the standard and hopefully they will process the case before medical expire...

If you can send all these documents as soon as possible, the case may progress.
Don't worry much about the medical expiry date because at least the case will be active.

I would say send some educational certificate too. If you don't have their name on that then just send what you have with explanation. I am not aware of translation services in Canada.

Thanks I will do that. They mentioned aadhar card on the letter but we don't have Aadhar card in Bangladesh! Would you recommend just providing an explanation?

A little worried here. I got a call from IRCC today re: PGP 2019 application and they advised me that my mom needs to get medicals done again as they expired - she was assessed M3 - so all clear basically. However, she did say my dad was assessed M5 and they are waiting on a medical officer to do a final assessment. After the initial tests last October - my dad has gone through 4 more months of several medical reports and tests. When I learnt about M5 assessment, it reads:

Inadmissible due to excessive demand on health and social services.

For all M5 codes, the medical officer will add a descriptive code indicating the nature of the excessive demand:

• T9 - for excessive demand on social services;
• H9 - for excessive demand on health services;
• E9 - for displacement of Canadians who are on a waiting list.

"

Does anyone have experience with such a situation? Literally it seems the applicant is inadmissible, but clearly they've asked for several more tests antd assessing those, so don't want to reach a conclusion.

We just got eligibility letter for our PR Application. It says we should apply for Police clearance. My parents are here in Canada. Anyone has experience applying through BLS for Police Clearance? How long does it take? Thanks

Received a letter from CIC today that my sponsorship has been approved and asked to pay RPRF.
I got a couple of questions.

1. The rprf category is " Pay your right of permanent residence fee – not Express Entry – Canada" is that right?
2. After paying rprf, it asks to send the payment receipt via the IRCC Web form at the following link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-
renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.
What should be the applicant name here? Mine or my parents? I'm paying the rprf fees for them.

And if anyone could add my parents in tracker that would be great! Also provide the link of tracker please, thanks!
