I need suggestions. My mother-in-law has visotor visa refusal in 2006 or 2007. I didn't declare this information in IMM 5669. Reason is I didn't read it when I was filling form. I am representing for her. She is done her medical, biometric, and pcc.
QUESTION: should I resubmit IMM 5669 or not?
What should I write in explanation for error or mistake?@robertp @YULIA-2016

Did you send them your birth certificate showing your mother's name? I am also sponsoring my widowed mom and included my birth certificate showing both parent's names with the sponsorship application. So far, they haven't asked me for any additional docs. Thanks so much for your input! My dad is no more so it is just mom PA. I will send all the documents I have with an explanation letter. It’s bit nerve wrecking after all this wait
