I don't see you on the tracker. Is your application "In process" yet? According to your "received date" and AOR date you have quite some time to get to medical and PCC stage. More than 2 months that your parents are visiting.

i am filling 5562 form,
Question for the last 10 years my parents have two passport in that duration: do i need to submit their old passport copies in which they travelled.
example: mother passport from 2015 and travel is from 2010-2020, 2012 travelling is on old passport. do i submit copies of both passport??
Father just renewed passport in 2019- travelling is from old passport. do i submit both passport copies?

Where was your parents' medical done at first?
Is it possible that your file is still processing in CPC-M but the review of medical results are done from Delhi.
It is odd that you did not receive any communications about the file transfer.

I CIC received my parents sponsorship document on June 17th 2019. I got my AOR on october 24, 2019. The sponsorship has not been In Process stage until now. My case is processed in Mississauga office.
I'm wondering is there any chance we can PPR before September 2020? Because I'm also sponsoring my younger sister to come to Canada with my parents. We hope that she can enroll to a public school in Canada on September 2020.

Honestly too early to think about it even not sure where is your visa office ( the one on AOR not Visa office) in this case if you even have not received SA yet. If it will be processing in Canada, i will say yes. Otherwise no anybody sure at all

You can send the information by webform after you get the birth certificate.
