leave blankGuys
need help with form imm5768e
i don.'t have any kids or dependent.
Do I need to enter mom and dad information in question 12 or leave blank?
plz advise
I think writing their name and signing above it would be okay. That's what I planned to do too. Please advise, regarding IMM5669.
I followed next steps: Validated, Printed and signed electronically.
My plan was that next to the electronic signature which is First and last name, my parents would write their first and last name by hand and sign.
What do you think will "double" signing make this form not valid?
You will only type 1. Because this form is for the principal applicant (which in this case is your mom).hello, i am applying my mom only this year in 2019, i don't apply my dad this year. i have one child. what number do i enter in form imm008 question 3, How many family members, including you, are
in this application (see instructions guide)?
According to me all of them need handwritten signatures.Hi,

thanks, it is really confuses me as when i refer to the guide it says "Enter the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any family members, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not." what do they mean here? You will only type 1. Because this form is for the principal applicant (which in this case is your mom).

Then type 2.thanks, it is really confuses me as when i refer to the guide it says "Enter the total number of family members included in your application. does it have negative effect i am applying my mom only this year? Are your parents married/living together?

If they have dependent children, then add them too.
Who qualifies for dependent children?
Children qualify as dependants if they meet both of these requirements:
Children 22 years old or older (also known as an overage dependent children) qualify as dependants if they meet both of these requirements:
- they’re under 22 years old, and
- they don’t have a spouse or common-law partner.
- they have depended on their parents for financial support since before the age of 22, and
- they are unable to financially support themselves because of a mental or physical condition.
