Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

They took only 36 days to complete my GCMS notes. Thank god at least i have received it today. The following is mentioned in the note section:
"SSC Alberta result received/uploaded - Negative Case pending officer review."
It was received on August 1st, 2019 and still they haven't get back to my file. The sad part is i cant do anything about it.

oh God, they got those results on Aug 01 and since then they haven’t moved further?

I got my gcms notes yesterday, I was told by the agent about the province letter (he was confused too though), and I don’t see any such request in my notes.
Since Aug 08, in process.
No special notes that pending any result or review of officer.
I don’t understand what are they doing with some applications.

Wow my notes shows case pending recipt of SSC- ON Toronto.

For you I'm surprised even though they received the report they still haven't approved it. I'm not sure how long would it take for us as province hasn't even responded yet!

Hey folks, I wondering if your parents have ever worked for government such as civil servant, or ever served in military or police. I guess CIC is doing some background check or security screening. Otherwise it won’t take such a long time from IP to DM.

My parents never worked for any government position nor have they ever traveled outside of India ever


I think its being delayed for the previous undertakings for either us the sponsor or co-signer

Don't believe all the agents. Most of the agent doesn't know what they are doing. There are very few good agents. If you are lucky to find one of them please ask all the questions you have. Yesterday, i have talked to an agent he doesn't have any clue about the process. I was calling them once every week. About 4 weeks ago i talked to an agent he knew exactly what he was doing; All of his comments were matched with the notes i have received today. I think my case is still on hold because i have another application (PIL) for which they have sent the letter about 3/4 weeks ago. If the province took similar amount of time, CPCM should have receive the response by now. Lets see.

True, that agent kept on mixing my citizenship and this sponsorship application.

But if they haven’t send any enquiry in my case (as per the notes, nothing mentioned about such request) I don’t know what might be holding them to process the application?

Had to resend the extra documents as the emails were bigger than 5mb. All resent today, so just waiting for confirmation that they have received them and that they comply with their requirements. Will hopefully hear something in the next 5 days or so

If this is how they are working, it is very concerning. How can they just sit on files without taking any further action?
I don't understand how some people are being approved super quickly, while others are just waiting and waiting for their file to move.
I myself have been stuck in process for over a month with no clue as to what's going on.
