Hi @YULIA-2016 @robertp @diegosolano! I have received today the following requests: Medical Examination, Police Certificate for Brazil and Biometrics Fee :D

I had already paid Biometrics Fee so I guess I only need to send them the receipt.

Tagging @diegosolano because his application is also from Mexico LVO. If you haven't received those requests already, you should be receiving them soon! :)

So your PCC request is from age of 18 or general?

Hi @robertp ! In general, don't they request Biometrics before assigning the Local Visa Office? I find it curious that they only asked for my Biometrics Fee now when my Decision Made was on August 22... most people would have already been requested to do the Biometrics by now, wouldn't they? I paid my Biometrics fee long ago together with the Sponsorship fee. Thanks!

They only said "Police Certificate for Brazil" so I think it is a general one. I don't think in Brazil they make a distinction but I am no expert.
In UAE its general no time frames just a person is clear if he or she is clear in their records and given certificate for their what ever stay. No dates mentioned.

But in some countries they mention years and times and place of stay in their certificate, so person has to go and get all proofs from age 18, where ever lived.

I wish every country should follow the rule of general certificate so that its not a problem to prove our half century back stay.

Anyone have any error in that form got the similar template letters. They produce this letter through the system. I wish CO spend some time to customize the e-mail so that the people know what they are looking for, but it is what it is.
Yes, I wish they would be more specific. The agent said she couldn’t find the representative form but based on the letter, we need to explain why his siblings don’t know their father’s date of birth or whereabouts. It’s a bit frustrating to have to explain that someone left 15 years ago never to be heard from again. But it is what it is.

Also for his mother, if she is legally separated, do we still need to include her former husband’s name and information? We’ve written N/A on that section.

thanks,
It means they activated your application number and eCas and unofficially means it is accepted. You will get AoR within next 5-10 days (may tomorrow night). After that you have to wait till it goes to the in process status for sponsor's eligibility review.

Is it divorced yet? Legal separation is not divorce.
