Sorry if we have missed your original post. As everyone is posting their question same tim, so we may have missed it. Can you please ask the original question agian ?. We will try to help you out.
Here you go, please let me know what I can do :

While filling interest to sponsor form, by mistake I included my parents when counting the family unit. Since I am single with no dependents, my answer should be 1 but I said 3.

To fix this mistake, what should I mention in the explanation letter & what proof I can give ?
Everyone tells me to write explanation letter, but what do I write it in?

Also, for Form 5406 (where my mom and dad need to fill their parents information), we don't know complete date of birth for my grandparents, we only know the year, what should we put in this case?

I dont think they are exempt. I phoned them this morning and they said parents have to either go to US or go back to their own country and do the biometric. there is no biometric service in canada. so you have to leave canada to do your biometric.
Going to USA? Visa required, airline fares, motel rents.

If you mean after validation and printing the form you will send imm1344 and imm008 signature page to your parents by email. They will print it sign it and mail you back. Finally you will send whole pack to cpc pgp ottawa. You can recheck every thing before submitting. I see no chance of tempering of application.
Yes: 1) validated and printed everything here
2) The same files (imm008/imm1344) sent to parents not by scanning, just from the validated saved version.
3) Will ask them to just get prints of signature pages, sign and mail it back to me
4) once got signature pages will attach them to to initially printed application that i printed here
5) Concern: if te person receiving and printing it for them changes something by mistake and validates again?
However i’ll have the original barcodea with me here..
On the signature pages, i can double check the name and DOB on top corners, thats the only thing that is on the aignature pages.

In short: I have printed barcodes with the desired saved application, getting signed pages from parents, and I’ll send thia application. Any other changes made to the real version of the application would not affect anything, right? Unless i print that new barcode page with new changes and send that.

Please advise of that sounds ok?

When day and month missing leave blank. If it does not allow you to leave blank then write 01-01 mean first January of that year.

Biometric (fingerprints and photo) requirements
You and your family members may need to appear in person to have their fingerprints and photograph (biometric information) taken at a biometric collection service point.

Canadian citizens and existing permanent residents of Canada are exempt from giving biometrics.

If you are applying as a member of the family class and are legally in Canada when you apply, you are currently exempt from giving biometrics. Your accompanying overseas dependents may need to give their biometrics.

By now you mean at the time of submitting sponsorship application? Because we are not going to be submitting for another month or so.
Yes dear. After filling forms and signing it you will pay bm and all other fees. Then you will mail it. After some time they will mail/email you letter to give bm to nearest vac to parents home. Yes you may submit after one month or even later so as to reach in deadline.

If you are sending just one signature page, then no one can do any thing. If you are sending whole file than some one may unvalidate and make changes. But it will be finally in your hand before submitting to check every thing in order.

Hello Everyone, Form
IMM 5669 Background/Declaration. At the very bottom, Do we just need to type applicant's name in signature box or also hand signature required too. Because when we put applicant name then only it can be validated. My question is do we still need to hand sign in front of applicant name or just name is ok. Anyone
