Based on tracker, I don't think you were requested the documents in the mass email on Sept 27th. (RPRF fees, Passport All pages copy, PCC, Travel History (IMM5562e), CV/Resume)

@snganu This question should be asked to @rhonaleen17 who has already received the PA DM after s/he submitted the documents on Sept27th . Did myCIC "Review of additional documents" change after submission of the documents?
This part of "Review of additional documents" should be shared by applicants whose LVO is New Delhi and submitted PCC and travel history atleast. Then only some concept will be clear.

I was thinking to order it as well.

Also do u think at this point calling the mp might move things ? It's election time they might help a bit

Hey @ZOYAMAN13 didn't you contact your MP, even before the application came into process? MP's usually play a role when the processing time has already exceeded the regular time period. Not sure how much they can help during processing time. Sorry to hear that your application is taking longer than others, but my suggestion- Calling customer service repeatedly/ contacting MP multiple times during initial processing months is not gonna be much helpful.

Customer service agents have very limited access to information. And you said they were rude last time you called, because they note on your file everytime you call them (And yes it is their job, but still). And they are not correct all the times.

Example- During our PR processing, Background check used to have status- Not started yet, called customer service oh its not started yet, and then people got PPRs in a day from the update that they started BC check. How can BG check be done in a day?
There is not much that you can do other than having patience and waiting, when dealing with IRCC.

Again, sorry that you have to be in the waiting line.

I agree, calling the IRCC agent is pointless to get an update on status of file. Instead I had recommended @ZOYAMAN13 to send something by webform (e.g. Use of representative form OR PCC something along these lines) where an officer has to actually look at the document sent, and add to the file. Better odds of some movement..

Seriously, if I was in his/her shoes, I would send all documents that were requested in the Sept 27th mass email through webform. The chances of these documents being requested at a later date (based on trends) are very high...save some time in the long run...

I agree, and to contact MP,second time within 6 months of application, may raise an suspicion why you are being so aggressive in getting your case closed at earliest, when processing is 24 months.. Who knows what they think? If the case officer likes a second involvement again and again or not?

But again it is hers decision and can't disagee that WAITING KILLS. (And is worse when you its your parents application than yours)

Welcome to the @ZOYAMAN13 help club!:D
Trust me, we don't want to make her feel bad. Yours or mine intentions are not bad for her.
Nobody should be in the waiting game. I have a widowed mum who was living in the home country by herself for past 7 years, till we got her supervisa this year. That waiting kills, but all we can do is Pray and Wait and Trust that the officer will help us fulfill our dreams. :)
