HEY Can you please tell me what is SA letter bcoz we got only AOR...Is AOR is SA letter????

AOR = Acknowledgement of receipt
SA = Sponsor Approval letter
1st we get AOR then after processing of sponsorship eligibility we get SA letter or refusal letter.

I hear you and you are absolutely correct. I called them 4 times by now and the last phn call the customer service lady with a very rude tone said I see that you have been calling many times. Theres nothing I can help you with you are not the rerperstative on your parents file. Good bye

I am sure you can understand their frustration if they get numerous calls daily exactly like yours asking why your parents haven’t been approved yet or why they haven’t received AOR yet. Some people call daily. They have no control as to how fast your application is processed. People had expected their applications to be processed faster but they accepted 30k applications which takes time.

Anybody is planning to go to Mexico or Cuba for biometrics anytime soon?
I need to send my parents and they cannot travel alone. Wonder if they can accompany someone in this forum....

Don’t believe you can go to Cuba. The embassy is closed or has minimal staff due to the attack on staff using the ultrasound waves.

Its brutal. Some of the attitudes that these agents have is just frustrating

They get multiple calls from people asking when they will get approved, AOR or biometrics/medical request daily. Some people call daily. They have no control over processing time which I am sure they explained on the first call. I am also sure that people are not always pleasant with them. I am sure that if it your first call they are likely to be nice but multiple calls later they are tired of repeating the same message.

The medical facility is obligated to give you a copy of the Medical results. The administrator was very open about when the result was uploaded. They are not hiding anything.

Guys anybody asked for biometrics extension and got any response? Pleaseeeeeee shareeee your experience

Wooohoo, they accept to extend the deadline to do biometric, it is super fast, however there will be delay in the processing overall, but at least they are flexible and it doesnt matter to me at this time to add a few months in processing as my parents already have super visa

Send a request via webform. Put specific why you need time and how long you need. You can ask for a minimum 30 days and people got that already.

• Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562] (PDF, 1.76 MB)
  The principal applicant and all family members included in the application who are 18 years of age or older must complete this form.

India – Instruction(s) for documents

• Birth certificates issued in this country: If a birth is registered late, include the original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
  • Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
  • Voter's ID card.
• For divorces obtained in this country, please submit a complete divorce petition, a judgement and a Final divorce decree.
• Identity documents for adopted child with Indian passport: If any child on your application was adopted through customary law and not through courts, you must provide an explanation and proof of the adoption, such as:

  • Photographs of the adoption ceremony;

Thanks a lot for this information. I guess I cant do it right now and have to wait until they ask for this. I wasn't aware of this when submitting the application because this was not part of the checklist.
