Don't do it now as IRCC offices closes at 4 pm . I am little better situation but I did not recd the PCC request email like every one got , so something is in consistent in iRCC process

They say thats why some eligible PR applicants can get exemption if they are applying within Canada, and they have exempted some parents too as they were here when the initial application was submitted.
But the ones coming later after the application has been already submitted with the back home residential adress, they are not providing any exemption for them, the only few options for them are:
- either wait for the bio request before making plans to Canada
- or if they have USA visa, do it there or in Mexico (without visa but its expensive option)
- or go back to home country again

I am eagerly waiting for bio request for my parents as well, as they also have plans to come.

I asked IRCC on twitter about any plans of opening bio collection centres in Canada in the nearest future, as there was an announcement early this year that they will be opening these centres in 2019.
Its almost end of 2019, I don’t know if they will really be opening them in this year or not.

Something came to my mind today:I authorized cic to get information from Cra , could this be the reason why our files are being delayed for sponsor's decision made, can people on this page please confirm who received their sponsor decision next day , did you guys submitted your tax assessments with file or did you guys authorized cic to get them from Cra .

I have provided the rep form.
And also, i called only once so far 2-3 weeks ago, the agent confirmed all the information with me.
That means they have me as parents’ representative in their system, right?
But i wonder, why they are not updating my parents’ home address as i have sent a couple of request 6-7 weeks apart to change the residential address.

I have given consent and also provided NOWs only without filling that extra form that was required.
I don’t think it has to do anything with that, as my friend did the same, may 9th applicant and received SA like 6-7 weeks ago.
And other people in the thread have also got it who have given consent.
