No, that means you did not pay Bio fees and CIC asking you to pay fees.
first your ecas will update to >> In process >> Decision Made >> and then you will get Letter 4-5 days after which mention it approve or Not.
I tried searching for the application via the Online tool and also tried linking the paper application to my mothers existing online account( she had created this account for visitor visa purposes).
In both cases, I get a message stating that the application was not found

I received Biometric request and medical request today, Sep 5. Two seperate email received from CPC-Mississauga, one for Bio and one for medical!
eCAS status for SA: Decision made Sep 5.

When did you application went into process?
Did you get email for bio and medicals, isn’t your application linked to mycic account?

Application started in Process Aug 2.
I received emails as I didn't linked to MyCiC, I'm only using eCAS to check application status.
Congrats to the future parents! I called CIC around 2 weeks back to check if they have received the additional docs sent. While chatting, I informed the agent that my mom was in Canada till Jan next year (thankfully not because of any babies
). She advised me to update the address because it's a long stay. I'm hoping that mom will not get bio request. You can update your mom's address on the very day she lands and hope for no bio request too. Otherwise it depends on the series of events, if the request comes close to her departure date, my mom will do it back home. Else, guess it will be a trip to the US or Mexico for us!
