How did you link ecas? I tried so many times but system won't find my application. My application was delivered on May 27...
What should i do for this situation

you cant link e-case, My CIC account is for linking

you can see info in e-case when you enter File#, sponsor UCI# for example

My MIL is returning to her home country on sep 5th after spending 10 months in canada on super visa. She spent another 10 months here in 16 and 17. Does anybody know if I should get Canadian pcc before she leaves? No requests have been received yet but I don't know how she would get it if she is in her home country.

I am trying to understand why Canadian pcc is not required. Do you have a basis for this answer?

Because CIC don’t need it.

Check your sponsorship ecas details , 2nd line tell you when they start processing your application

When I click on in process, it just says that we received your application on april 26th
