Guys I need help here

I am lost

I received a request to resubmit my IMM 1344
I called CIC to understand what was wrong in my original form that i submitted but they said since it is temp application they cannot see my form that i submitted and they dont know what the issue exactly

they said usually they say what the issue is in the letter

I checked the letter and I am not sure what the issue is


the text in the request is this
IMM 1344: A current, completed and signed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship
Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344) with completed eligibility assessment
questions. Sponsors who reside or intend to reside in Quebec do not need to complete
Questions 8, 9, 10 or 15 on this form. Please note that the Principal Applicant listed on
the IMM0008 must also be also listed in Part 1, question 4 of the IMM1344. This form
must be completed by you, the sponsor, and co-signer if applicable, and the person you
want to sponsor.
You must submit the most recent version of this form (06-2019).

Can anyone understand from this what was wrong in the IMM1344 that i submitted ? (I live in Quebec)

One thing I did is that the form I submitted I answered question 8 as No which i shouldnt answer since I live in Quebec
Could it be that reason ?

Is there anyone on here whose parents medical is already on file from a previous supervisa application done this year?

I had my moms done this year for super visas and its not over a year yet.

Does my mom need to go for medicals again if the results are still valid and on file? I did submit the IME form along with the PGP application.

Just curious to know if anyone else is in the same boat?

My mom did her medicals in June this year for visit visa extension. However she received medical request as part of her PR application. I did call CIC to check if she needs to do it again. The agent did not seem to know the answer and asked me to submit a webform with the detils of valid IME. As this would delay the process I thought it was easier to get the medicals done again and went ahead with it. You can try to submit a query through the webform .

Here is an example of PPR letter and yes it says it is recommended to have the passport valid at least 6 months (again may be not compulsory as you are saying but recommended)

I do not have the answer to your question but I won't believe when they say they do not have access to the file submitted. In my experience, some agents took extra steps to look into my file and pulled out the original form submitted (They confirmed some items that could possible if they were able to see form, as I hand write some notes on the form and they read same to me) but some straight forward said they do not have access to the system at all. When I tried to explain that some one else pulled for me they say "no it must have been a mistake. There is no option...."

Hi,

Just like myself, I see that you guys have passed the medicals.

I am wondering, why aren't we getting PPRs. Usually medicals are the last stage in file processing. When everything else is ok, authorities ask for medicals.

Any idea about what IRCC might be doing now with our file ( after the medicals are passed)?

Would really appreciate your thoughts and insights into this.

True. Biometric and Medicals were requested in a gap of 1 week. Nothing after that. I am even waiting for PCC.

I have a question regarding medicals. My mother had somewhat higher BP (145/90) and the doctor asked if she takes any medicine, to which my mother replied that she does not take any regular medicine, but take it sometimes which is true. The doctor did not do any EKG or asked any other question. Also my mother normally gets high sugar in blood test but her kidney (blood creatanine) test always comes normal.
Do doctors do creatanine test as part of regular testing or its extra based on once they receive the blood test reports ? She was not asked for any extra testing.

My question is when does the doctor decide to do EKG and Creatinine tests and should I be worried ?

@YULIA-2016 Please update line 12. Biometric requested on 10th August, Biometric Done on 19th August, Updated in MyCic. Ecase for sponsorship : Decision made on 11th August. Waiting for Medical and PCC request now.

Guys, look at the sad face here. This applicant got both Bio and Medicals already and he is crying for PCC. People are still waiting for AOR.
Stop crying like a baby and have some patience. You should help candidates who are having issues with their files rather than crying.

I don't see any Apr 26 applicant who is still waiting for AOR. If people submitted their applications late and waiting, its not our problem. I am not crying, its just an expression of sad face. As CIC updated everything so quickly and nothing since a month after that. If you can't post anything constructive, stop criticizing other people's comments. Good luck to everyone who haven't received updates.

I'm in the same boat, I'm trying to upload the previous medical and see what happens. Are you doing new medicals for your mom ?

Not yet. I did send the previous medicals IME along with the PGP application so lets see whether they use it or ask me to get a nee one.

I’d recommend you wait till you get a request. I read somewhere that either you submit the medical documents with the application or after they ask for it. Nt in between as it delays the process. If they ask you for medicals try submitting a webform with the IME. I’ll be trying the same if that doesnt work; we’ll get the medicals done again.
