First question : there are two option proceed with humanitarian basis or refund fee if ineligible ??

I think I chose refund. I heard humanitarian will never pass and is a long shot. I know I won't be ineligible anyway.

That what I was thinking .. alot of people with application recieved on 26 29 and 30th stuck due to selecting humanitarian basis.. still waiting for @redmonkey1995 reply... I think we should select refund.. I choose it just because in case government change... we can go through that way..

Humanitarian option will only be considered if you're ineligible otherwise, In that case it will take longer to process your application!! If you're eligible processing will take normal time.

Maybe they are not eligible that's why they selected this option, and selecting humanitarian option won't guarantee that their application will be processed normal time!! On the other side we can say their applications are not rejected either due to selecting this option!

In eligibility is not the problem.. but delay is what its causing I think so...

Thank you for letting me know ... i am really worried and actually regretted using FEDERAL Express. Thank you for the confirmation that some used FEDEX. Because most use CANADA POST.
