Hi There,

Is canadian PCC required for my parents? They have been in Canada for last 2 years and 2 months already on supervisa. It seems there is no PCC required for person staying in Canada but not sure, i'm reading correct information from RCMP. Please guide.

Thank you

@robertp and all expert members,

I have a question regarding the AOR. It says the application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019.
It also has bunch of details regarding using a representative (IMM5476).

Do we all have to submit IMM5476? or is it only if we have used lawyer, immigration consultant or appoint a representative (family or friends)?

Your help will be much appreciated.

Good luck all :)

If you want the correspondence of your parent's application to come to your email, even you can act as their representative. It is not a compulsion but a choice.
