This is what they quoted for the selection of visa office
"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be processed at CPC-Mississauga. This office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. "

Any country U can’t send passport by mail international. But if u think it’s possible u can give a try and let other people know as well.

Dipu bhai...thats not a problem at all..when you get the PPR request to submit the passport to NDVO you can either send email or use webform to inform IRCC that your parent is in canada already and you want to mail your passport to local VO for stamping:.after a week or so they will re-issue the PPR letter to submit to a local VO in canada...it had worked for me in the past couple of times..

Update: I can see cic refunded biometrics fees which I paid with app. As my mom is in Canada.

You need to include your father in both forms. They said "accompanying or not". You shouldn't include your sister.

Your father must complete a new form of IMM5406 too.

Make sure you use the most recent form of IMM0008. It was updated in June 2019.

And you thought you can bring your sister as dependent? Man! If she is below 22 and married, she is still no longer considered as dependent.

No I didn't think I can bring my sister, the only mistake I did is not listing my father as dependent. I will complete the missing forms and send them again. Thanks,

What about cardiovascular diseases? Concerned because my dad has cardiovascular disease, high BP and diabetes...

Really has more to do with his vascular health and kidney function. Things like requiring dialysis soon is one of the reasons you can be refused.

If your parents are married you have to sponsor him even if he is non-accompanying.

How about cancer? Would that be an issue in medical exam?

Would depend on treatment, stage, prognosis. As I’m sure you are aware things like chemo, radiation, autoimmune therapies can be very expensive. Many cancer patients require surgery as a form of treatment, plus often a port and feeding tube. Then there is planned or unplanned hospitalizations, regular blood tests, regular infusion days, doctor and nurse visits, medical supplies, etc. Really depends on what cancer, the stage and treatment.

For example: For Bangladesh, it's not a prohibited item to mail the passport, but for India is.

For example: For Bangladesh, it's not a prohibited item to mail the passport, but for India is.

Domestic mail should be fine. But mailing passports internationally could be a problem

Hello,

I have a question please, my file was incomplete and I am finalizing now the documents to send them again.
In the letter, CIC mentionned that I can send the missing documents electronically via email for faster processing and they provided me with the email address.
I need to know please if I must Validate, print, ask my mother to sign then scan and send or I can only write her name in the last box and send the validated form ? Please note that I cannot fill electronically the part where she has to write her name in the consent section.

did you get AoR? what is your applicant status ? since when you see Ecas?
can you provide update for your mom and PIL in tracker
