Hello Please update my parents PGP in spreadsheet , its with ssingh5 - 2018 APPLICANT.

Today, I received final decision as approved. We already sent the passport to Canadian High Commission a week ago after receiving the letter to submit passports. Today, it shows me Document with expiry date as July 2020 in online Account . Are those immigration visas ?

I f yes, then since Trudeau imposed emergency and ban all foreign travellers , can they travel to Canada to do soft landing ?

What are the next steps after receiveing passports ?

We are in the same boat as well.
We booked out tickets for 29th March but the airlines themselves cancelled their routes. We can reschedule the tickets free of cost is what they said.
My parents need to land before June.
CIC did update some information regarding this at the link below.

This is what we did. Awaiting reply from CIC.

And they are not giving clear answer for first time coming people

We are all in the same situation. My parents COPR stamped date is April 28th and now because of travel restrictions they cannot travel from India. They are so tensed. We are all waiting for clear answers but no ones for sure whats will be done. Will they extend the entry entry? Please help.
