If your parents are not married/common law and your are sponsoring them separately, there will be a separate letter for your father, of course, when decision regarding his application is made. However in the letter for your mother there should be a date by which her passport needs to be submitted, so I would not wait for the letter for the father and send mother's passort and other docs asap.

Thank you I will wait a few more days and if nothing happens until July 25th, we will send her passport to them.

1. imm5669e (06-2019) Latest from June 2019
2. imm5669e (11-2018) November 2018

In the latest version (06-2019) the questions are same but the form layout is different and also we can not add or remove lines.
My question or concern is which version to use.

Which version of them form you guys used to send to IRCC.

It will be a year on July 25 that our file was transferred to Accra. We have not heard anything from them since. So welcome to the club

From people who were selected in 2017, Accra started sending Medical requests at about the 13 month mark, but you never know, some one from 2018 already got PR for his mom

I have already sent the Police Certificate using the Web Form.
Will it appear on the CIC portal once they upload it from their side.

There is no email address provided in the letter.
However, I am thinking to send all the documents by mail as well

The documents themselves will not appear on the CIC portal but they will update the status of the documents requested.
You can always mail them but I see this as redundant and didn't do it myself. My idea is the more documents you send them the more time it takes to process the application as they must verify each document they get (might not be the case always).
